A very sincere thank you

I want to say a very sincere thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality that your hotel has shown us. From the moment we arrived, we have been so well taken care of. The lovely woman at the front desk welcomed us yesterday morning and accommodated our desire to get rest after two very long overnight flights. She offered the spa for us to clean up along with a chance in room type to accommodate early arrival because my wife is pregnant and in need of rest. Unfortunately I do not remember her name since I was so tired! When we were enjoying breakfast, Eve from your department, asked us how everything was going and we told her the above. Within 20 minutes after, they must have worked together for us, and offered us a beautiful room with a fantastic view of the marina and sea. To top it off with a small piece of thoughtfulness, on our way out of breakfast, I was clearly looking for a way to bring my orange juice back to my room. When I didn't find a cup, I decided to leave it on the table. On our way to the elevators, a female server from the restaurant ran to meet us with a paper cup of orange juice. It was such a small but impactful gesture. We stay in luxury hotels all the time, but this is already topping out list and exceeding our expectations. The care and hospitality provided here will certainly be discussed with all of our friends in the future who plan to travel to Israel. Thank you all so much! We wish we were staying longer! ”

a fabulous time at the Carlton

Best Of The Beach

In the past few years I have had chance to sample the Dan Panorama, the Intercontinental, and now the Carlton, which is the winner, hands down. lt\'s Tel Aviv, so it is what it is, its not the Croisette in Cannes, OK I get that. But the Carlton Tel Aviv, for me, has a special place in my heart. Here\'s why. I had a medical emergency, I\'m with 30 business associates, I need to fix it -- immediately. I call the front desk and ask the simple question: is there a pharmacy in the hotel?...rather than stop at "no, there isn\'t," the voice at the the other end of the line is offering to send a taxi to whatever pharmacy is open and bring the meds to my room. Which happens in less than 40 minutes. Oh, and when I checked out, and left my pillow that I travel with in my room, by the time I got to ground floor and was checking out, they were asking did you forget your pillow? Carlton Tel Aviv, I will always think of you as the benchmark for great service, and yeah, that awesome breakfast place on the beach is cool too. If you can afford it, don\'t stay anywhere else in TelAviv, if you don\'t plan to go to Tel Aviv, know that the the Carlton there is upholding what great service is all about. ”

Wonderful Stay
